10/12/2007 :
This is a 1967 Wickens, hull #27. The installation was done by Fred Wickens and he did a beautiful job. This is a "Heart Throb" boat, still owned by the original buyer. She is in good structural shape because she has a fiberglass bottom half. We stripped her down and applied very exotic Flamed Quarter-sawn Figured Mahogany veneers, polished the deck to a mirror finish and have preped her for paint. The customer has chosen pearls, yellow, and orange paints to match the flame colors of the deck. We invite you to come and see this classic Wickens before she leaves our shop.

10/19/2007 :
Finished with the deck, Quartersawn Flamed Exotic Honduras Mahogany. The wood is gorgeous, the flames move as you walk around the deck. The customer wanted to save the original red metal flake.

10/30/2007 :
The owner wanted to keep as much of the original metal flake as possible, update the trim colors and add some tribal flames.
